If you are in Cancun or the Mayan Riviera, you have to take the ferry to Cozumel from the Playa del Carmen Federal dock. If you come aboard a cruise, you must check with your crew about the time you will be able to visit the park, in order to return on time.

If you are at Cozumel main cruises dock, or if you are hosted in a Cozumel hotel, just take a taxi to Chankanaab National Park. The ride will take about 15 minutes.

Please ask your Concierge or Guest Services department at your hotel for directions, current ferry schedules and rates. The ferry runs on the hour throughout most of the day.
